Birmingham Needlearts of Birmingham, Alabama is a local chapter of The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc. The purpose is to foster the highest standards of excellence in needlework through an active program of education and study to further and preserve the heritage and art of needlework. Birmingham Needlearts is a member of the Tennessee Valley Region of the national EGA organization. We have a stitch-in that meets the 3rd Thursday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. On months containing five Thursdays, we have a special 5th Thursday meeting. |
